"Terrible. The Dr. acts insane even the employee was looking at me and just shrugged like “this is how she is”. She kept touching my hands and trying to “calm me down” when i was calmly asking her questions… I should have walked out and asked for refund after that. She talked fast, did not listen for water in my dogs ear nor address it. Told me plainly not to put in any liquid in her ear if its wet. Then she prescriped liquid ear cleaner and other liquid meds. I requested the results from Ear cytology she looked at me stunned and a bit off like she NEVER done a test. She said i wont get them to you tonight but tomorrow then she said 48hrs. Never recieved anything. Shes a money hungry weirdo. Stay away. I felt like i was with a intern with no expierence."

"The doctor was very knowledgeable, and the price is very affordable, also.the staff was very friendly, careful with the dogs and helpful too. There’s Only thing I didn’t like , which is when I emailed the doctor office asking for the groomers social media pages to look at their work, I was met by refusal. It was stated they don’t give out information about contractors , which is quite unfortunate because I would be so inclined to take my dog to the vet for a grooming appointment bc he may need a relaxant ,but I need to see the groomers work prior to booking an appointment. Social media is a very useful tool , these days, to grow your business. But oh well ,to each its own , I guess I’ll continue to look for a vet/ groomer, although I thought I had hit the jackpot."
