"I have been using A-1 since 2010, and they have been amazing until recently. I take in my work shirts approximately every week to be cleaned and pressed and have been satisfied with their service. Over the last 4 months they have ruined 2 of my shirts - both times large rips in one of the sleeves. The first time it happened I assumed that maybe I had caught the shirt and the tear had become massive when it was being cleaned. The second time, just this week, I was getting ready to put my shirt on and found a large tear in one of the sleeves - and I know I did not catch this shirt on anything. While one shirt was fairly inexpensive - a nice shirt I picked up at Target and was a good shirt for the office, the other shirt cost $100 and was a very nice dress shirt. I know sometimes they bring people in to help them in their shop, but after ruining 2 shirts I can't continue to go there, which pains me because they are friendly and over the years have been great."
