"I was referred to ServPro by my home insurance company to repair damage caused by a water leak in my upstairs master bathroom. Two employees in particular, Luis Mejia and Jeremiah Hendrix, really gave me excellent service and did a top notch job. Luis did the work on the job, and I can’t compliment him enough. He always cared about doing things the right way and to my satisfaction. His attention to detail was stellar, and I ended up using him to remodel the entire bathroom. I couldn’t be happier with the end product. Jeremiah was the project manager on the job, and I give him a lot of credit for moving the project forward and getting things done with the insurance company. I also appreciated that he cared enough to ensure that I was happy. Prior to him, I went through two other project managers — one who was fired and another who quit and didn’t do any of the paperwork he was supposed to. Jeremiah did a far better job than they did. Overall, I’m very happy with the end product. I got a beautiful bathroom and the water issues were fixed. As long as you stick with Luis and Jeremiah, you’ll be in good hands with ServPro."
