Dr. Tillis is a natural with animals and does whatever she can to make the pets, and the pet’s people, as comfortable as possible, about the treatment. Anytime there was a concern or question, Dr. Tillis made herself available to answer those questions and counsel us regarding our dog’s treatment. It’s not a case of, you never know what you’ve got till it’s gone. We knew what we had then and while Penske’s new vet is competent, it’s no Ivy Hill. Quite honestly, if it wasn’t for the fact that a 2.5 hour drive, each way, would be so hard on the little girl dog, I would still take her to see Dr. Nell. As to the rest of the Ivy Hill staff, they became like family. Dr. Adams was helpful when Dr. Tillis was out of town.
