"Wonderful staff and very knowledgeable of her career. She knows her stuff! Going on prolly 20 years or more been taking my cats to Dr. Rachel and Mary. Love them thank you that is all."
"This is the best animal clinic that I've been to with any animals that I've ever had. It was my Max's first time as well as mine and they treated my fur baby like family & made us feel very welcomed. He got his first set of shots and we are going back here to get the second set so he will be current and up to date."
"I’d give zero stars if I could. I took my 18-month old cat here after noticing she had an extremely swollen paw. My cat is not friendly towards other people and is definitely a fighter, but the assistants lost control of her multiple times. She fell hard on the floor a couple of times and they both looked like they’d never handled an animal before. Anyways, this vet pokes around my cats paw with a popsicle stick, and tells me it’s simply a bee sting.. with the knowledge it had been swollen 3-4 days. She then gave her an antibiotic shot, which is not even appropriate to handle a supposed bee sting, and my cat was traumatized the whole day after. So we waited a week like she told us to do, and eventually after feeling that couldn’t possibly be it, we took her to another vet in town. Much more professional. Come to find out her entire paw was broken. In 4 bones. This lady was poking my cats fractured paw around with a popsicle stick. It must have felt like torture to my baby and it makes me sick. I came to find out today that one of my friends had also brought her cat there, where the vet diagnosed her with bronchitis. That cat had blood poisoning and was in an animal hospital 2 days getting its stomach pumped. She has misdiagnosed these two poor animals, and I have no doubts she’s misdiagnosed many more. I’m not sure if this woman has been a vet so many years that she feels she can get messy, i don’t know if she’s messy in general, I don’t know and I don’t care. I would never trust my pet with them again. Please do not bring your animals here."
"I love Dr. Rachel. We've been going here for many years now. We've said goodbye to a few of our babies. I don't know what I'd do without her waking me through every step. I've rescued three big babies over the last two years which have all become patients here. No nonsense.. no unnecessary tests or pushed medication. The cost is very affordable, especially when you have more than one or four babies to care for."
