They have always taken such good care of them whether it is for surgery, spay/neuter, annual check ups or vaccines. "I love the folks who work at Flat Creek Animal Hospital. The people at the front desk and the vet techs are all so gracious, and kind, and they are very gentle with our senior dog, Teddy. I am especially grateful for Dr. Ransom, who is a very caring doctor and has a wonderful way with our dog. Dr. Ransom takes the time to call me personally to tell me the results of tests and if there are any health concerns. Update: Recently, our dog was experiencing a very bad cough and he was struggling to breathe. The person I spoke to at the front desk said the soonest they could see Teddy was 4 days out. I thought our dog had kennel cough. It turns out he has congestive heart failure. I would ask that anyone answering phones at the front office make a suggestion in terms of a 24 hour care facility that can see your pet sooner. Our dog has been a faithful, long-time patient at Flat Creek. When I really needed someone to care for our dog during his hour of need, I did not feel he got that. I understand the limitations of the front desk to provide help, but I go to a doctor to receive care and consideration and prompt referrals if I need a medical procedure. I would expect the same from our veterinary clinic."
