"I have used this Chem Dry for many years and was very disappointed with their recent service. Furniture was not replaced, plastic protectors were not used under the furniture, one rug did not look as clean as before and technician left white soap spots all over my hard wood floors. I now have to mop 3 rooms of hard wood floors. Not happy with this service at all."
