"Employees arrived on time, did a very thorough job cleaning ducts, system & vents, were very courteous, did a great job cleaning up when finished. Rooms smell fresh and clean, dust eliminated, and HVAC system seems to be running better, more efficient. "The team cleaned my ducts and dryer vent. They used electric tape to halfway seal the connector from the back of my dryer, to the exhaust pipe leading outside the house. Months later, i found discoloration on my floorboards. Had contractors (3) from separate specialties to confirm that because Ductz Atlanta did not properly seal the exausts ducts with clamps that i had provided, encouraged them to use, to tell me instead that electric tape works fine, over the months, humidity level built up in my laundry room and house. Need I say more..."
