"Mercedes from Colombian Cleaning arrived on time after me having to reschedule our moving-related cleaning. We wanted our house with furniture cleaned as if it was never lived in. We have 3 Large Dogs 2 of which get hair all over the place. I’m disabled and my husband and I work all the time. So those baseboards and walls get extra dirty because I can’t bend down to clean them. The pet hair can get overwhelming . I was embarrassed at first but she came in, I explained what we needed and she was so reassuring that she could tackle the biggest of jobs. She moved fast, quietly and when I tell you my house smells like MAGIC, I mean it. I’ve requested her every other Friday. She was very comfortable to be around and brought such positive energy with her. Meanwhile, our house is sparkly and clean and I feel like I can finally relax. The Miko who booked us was amazing as well. Very responsive and even through text could tell that they had a passion to help.
