I'm not sure how the techs manage to be incompetent and have a negative attitude because they are incapable of completing tasks that pharmacy techs at other CVS stores complete. Also, is it corporate policy to be unprepared to ring up additional purchases in the pharmacy? If so, a sign should be posted."
"Everyone greeted me with a smile; but the level of ineptitude I observed from the pharmacist, supervisor on duty and some of the customer service representatives was reprehensible. This is nothing like what I am accustomed to for CVS so I hope that the regional management sees this and provides this local store with some much needed training."
"I was on hold 50 minutes, trying to reach the pharmacy to update insurance information. I knew it would take a long time since I called at a busy time, 5:30 pm, but didn't expect it to be 50 minutes. However, kudos to Cam the pharmacy tech who was excellent! I could tell she was busy but she was still pleasant and polite. Giving Cam 5 stars, giving the CVS management 1 star."
