"I am giving a 3 star only because I sent someone else 14 miles away to pick up some shoes that were being held for me and when they reached me I discovered that one shoe was 8.5 and one was a 10. It bothered me because I am so used to the associates checking the sizing before boxing the shoes but this had to be someone that skipped that step that day and had me drive those 14 miles back the next morning with only 45 minutes to spare before that days occasion. However, I love my shoes and would purchase them in another color."

"I had a terrible experience at Hibbett Sports in Thomasville, GA. The staff was incredibly rude and acted as if I was bothering them. I also witnessed racist behavior, which is completely unacceptable. This store’s unprofessionalism and the way they made me feel angry were utterly disappointing. I would not recommend shopping here."

"Employees are extremely rude. Came in looking to spend, but decided to take that money elsewhere. Smacked her lips at me when I came to the counter to ask a question, waved me off then continued the conversation I apparently interrupted with other staff members."

"Went in to buy shoes for my daughter. Not one other customer in there. Lady at desk said nothing to me. I asked where the kids shoes are and she pointed to the back. I looked at shoes for 10 min. Not one word. I saw a pair of shoes I liked for my daughter but decided I was good. Maybe if someone would have checked on me seen if they had her size in stock for me, I would have walked out with some new shoes. No have a nice day or anything as I walked past.
