"Update: Manager did me right when I went in today. Thank you. I've been buying my pet food here for the better part of 7 months, paying the extra few bucks or so on the products over TSC cost. (TSC is literally next door). I have given my phone number each time. Today I asked if I was close to the free bag after buying 10. This whole time they needed to sign me up because "I only have the Neighborhood Club" The number of employee contacts I've had and not one made sure I was getting all the benefits of shopping there? Disappointed in all of them. Train your customer servers better Petsense. Or is this deliberate so you don't have to credit those who don't notice?"
