"Outlet was filled with seasonal items. Staff was extremely friendly. Staff helped my elderly mom comfortable by providing her with a chair. This gesture was heart felt, we were visiting city for my father's burial."

"The manager there we went around lunch Saturday I believe was the 16th September. She was very she called us suspicious people because we let our six-year-old wear a jacket to the other side of the store where the fitting room is to try on more clothes. And said we wasn't normal or average people we did nothing wrong was it running around the store we all stick together and spent over $200 in there really wanted to put it back. Pretty sure I won't never go back even though it's in my town. Wish I had a photo and her name which we do have it on a receipt the place was clean."

"It’s like walking into the goodwill store. I couldn’t believe it honestly! They are all colored coordinated just like Goodwill. Black shirts one side pink shirts. It’s just a mess! No two shirts are alike in their. It’s horrible never again. I’ll go all the way to Tifton."

"Not quite what I was thinking it should be. I miss the Belk Department Store. The Belk Outlet has too many repetitive clothes, there is a final sale policy...no returns, and I guess we lost the option of ordering online from Belk as well as returns from other Belk department stores. On a positive note the cashiers are friendly. There was a lack of faces of employees from the old store. I encountered a woman from Tifton who was very upset about the store, and another from Cordele who was not happy at all. I only found one tee shirt that I liked enough to purchase. Many of the clothes are outdated and there were many winter items when people are looking for swim wear and summer clothing. The jewelry section is no more nor the fragrances...I did not even look in the men's department. The shoes for the most part were impressive but sizes are very sporadic. Just my view, but I have more cons than pros. Maybe it will evolve over time to a more personal feeling type atmosphere...???"
