"Employees don’t generally know anything about the different types of boots and uses. I found the same boots cheaper over at the PX and come to return mine and was charged a 10% fee for returning them. They don’t mention the fee when you make your purchase. Go to the main PX, ranger joes, commandos, or Troops. They will take much better care of you and won’t hit you with surprise fees if you need to return."

"The selection of boots as well as the size selection compared to the shop in the main px is larger. I came here as the main px didn't have my size. The footprint is small but they have a lot of boots."

"Customer, be aware! These people are only nice to you when you buy from them. I returned boots today, because I found the same boots much cheaper. Lady was rude, didn't want to accept the return. Finally charged 10% from the boots price. They call it "restocking fee". Think twice before you buy boots from them -- it is cheaper to buy from Ranger Joes and won't be any issues if you decide to return item purchased."

"Bought a pair of insoles here a few weeks ago and my feet have never felt better. The employee working was very helpful and ensured I was taken care of. It feels like I'm walking on the wings of angels through a cloud of pure, unadulterated happiness. My knees no longer ache, my blisters are gone and I've even been complimented on how good my feet look.
