"The only reason this is a 3 star and not a 1 is because Beverly is awesome and I deal with her regularly, enough that we joke around with each other. So, I pull up to the offroad diesel pump and flip the switch and wait for a minute with no diesel. It isn't rare for the single person working there to be away (doing another part of the job), so I flip it a few more times, still nothing. I go in and ask the blond guy working there if the pump is broken and he says no... okay. He follows with "what are you putting it in?", so I tell him "cans" even though he can see my filler cap is closed and the hose is going to the bed. He follows THAT up with "Let me ask you something. Who are ya?" I don't just tell people my name, especially people that make themselves unlikable within a couple of sentences, so I ask incredulously "why?" He states that "a man drove off with $100 blah blah, and I don't know you." If he'd just said that someone drove off with fuel and left it at that, I would have followed that up with the fact that I was there when Beverly gave the police report about it and that I understood the precaution. Beverly, you're awesome. Blond guy that "I don't know," be a little more tactful."
