Kohl's

"This store has a problem with double charging and not giving back your money on returns. The check out lady was busy being interrupted while checking me out, and she double charged me twice. I live an hour away. It's not worth my gas money to drive back to the store. So when I can make it back in the area, I will receive my refund. Called the store about this after this happened, and they stated that would be fine. When I finally was in the area, they refused to give me my money for their mistakes. Also, when I did a return before with a receipt they had taken my item and didn't give me my money because once again the customer service lady was being interrupted by phones, etc, while other employees were standing around talking. She even looked at me and said I'm going back to teaching. I'm tired of getting no help and doing it all. I have lost over $100 on this stores mistakes. The Black slender young manager was so rude, and she said another store could have returned it. I know Managers at other Kohls they stated this store made the mistakes they need to fix them. I know that I worked retail. Kohls is known for its mishaps because they are all understaffed or standing around talking . I've never had a retail store make the mistakes they make. I usually look after the purchase because it amazes me how much it happens. I've talked to other customers about it, and they agreed. They are so worried about losing money but then they take advantage of us and take our money. They steal from us. Closing my account. I've purchased so much from kohls. I was even told I was the best customer they had in their store. When you lose money when you shop and they don't fess up to their mistakes. It's time to cut the card. There's always plenty of other stores to shop. In fact I shop many and Kohls is the only store I've lost money."

Because not only is her customer service is on point. But her personality matches it. It is hard to find people like her so please cherish her.
