"That review is for the Starbucks located in market place by macys . It’s not possible to review the Starbucks store located in the store so I’m writing here. I came to the store to buy a cold cup that showed in stock online and to order some coffee for me and my coworker. The barista name Iris told me she would look for the cup at the back after I place my coffee order, so once I did I asked her if she can look for the cup and she said no because there are two people behind me waiting to order. So you can imagine how frustrated I felt after realizing she lied. And on top of that my two coffees were priced more than they are in other Starbucks locations."

"Awful experience at the store. I went in on November 20th to purchase a couple of gift perfume sets. For some reason, the person at the register said card was getting declined, when this happens they apparently have to call consumer services and confirm the identity. She didn't want to do that because another person behind me in the line wanted to get that exact same perfume set. I walked out of the store and when I called customer service about this issue, they said there is a hold on my account because of they didn't call in. Now I am sitting and calling on the phone all day to fix this. Save yourself a trip, don't go to this Macy's, the agents are rude and do not want to help with the purchase."

"First time visitor. Like a mini Macy’s. Nice to go in the middle of Johns Creek without making a trip to the mall. Nice basics, big selection of sun glasses, and women’s shoes. Also guys Polo."

"This very unique Macy's just opened on Saturday. Much closer than the other Macy's and although it's much smaller, looks like about 15,000 Sq ft, it has a nice selection of clothing men's and women's, children and even a small toy section. Men's and women's cologne and perfume. A Starbucks will be open soon inside this location. In time for the Holidays I'm sure. Easy in and out. Check it out."
