"I came in this morning for a return/exchange I originally ordered online. The lady who helped me with my transaction was amazing! Super friendly and helpful, unfortunately I didn't get her name but great customer service!"

"EJ was amazing!!!! My husband and I ordered shoes for our son online. Upon arrival we realized we ordered the wrong size. I called a few stores, spoke to a few sales clerks who were not sure how to do an online return/exchange but when I called the Journey's at NorthPoint mall, I spoke with a gentleman named EJ. He was very knowledgeable and understanding. I explained that I wanted to order the correct size with him and not return directly from me as I was afraid I would not see the shoes in time for school. When we arrived at the store the experience was even better in person with EJ. He knew what to do and assisted us to the best of his ability. He measured my son's feet and was very patient with him. Even though the store was busy he took his time with us. The shoes we wanted were out of stock and EJ helped my eccentric son pick out another pair as well as found the type of socks he'd been looking for for a while. It was a smooth transaction and I'm so happy with the customer service delivered. We need more EJ's in the world. EJ ROCKS!!!!!"

"I came in just before closing this evening, which is awful practice, I know … but to be fair, I didn’t realize the mall’s hours had changed. I went in looking for a specific shoe, which was not in stock. Both associates were so helpful and friendly, even though I must have been cutting into their time for closing duties. I happened to see a pair that did catch my eye, and Nicole immediately offered to grab them in my size for me to try. Unfortunately, my size was not in stock and she very kindly offered to order them for me. It was so wonderful to be helped by such vibrant and fun ladies who never made me feel like I was unwanted by shopping at such a late hour. Not only that, but I carelessly left one of my small shopping bags behind. I realized my blunder just prior to leaving the mall, and called to see if I had left it there, not entirely sure which store I had set it down in. Nicole excitedly told me that she had it, and even met me in the corridor and literally ran it to me! From start to finish, it was just a lovely experience and has most certainly earned my repeat business, just because of these ladies."

"Good service as always. But was disappointed at the lack of selection of both the Adidas and Puma brands compared to another one their stores located in a different mall. You had only one style and two colour choices. Fortunately they had a colour I was satisfied with. But it was not my first choice"

"Preston was amazing. My pre-teen daughter and I didn't realize that the mall was about to close because I was at Macy's shopping. She was about to be pretty upset. As we were walking in the mall and could see all of the stores closing I heard someone say " which store are you looking for?" I was like "Journey's!" He was like " Don't worry ma'am I work there. What shoe's are you looking for?I know everything we have in stock" We told him and he said " please, no need to rush, I will take care of you ". We shopped and he took care of us. And then my daughter forgot her Macy's bag in the store. We had no idea! He found us in Macy's and brought the bag. I was grateful. I am a retail manager and value customer service. He really took it to the next level. Oh, and not to mention. He was closing the store as well and doing his nightly routine all while taking care of us. Any company should be happy to have him."
