"I will never shop in this store again. My 16 year old went in alone and purchased shoes, her size wasn’t available so they ordered them online and had them sent to the store. There were a mixup with the store and UPS. First call someone took my name and number and advised their going to contact UPS and give me a call right back(no call back). 3 hours later, 2nd call spoke with the manager Brandon(extremely unprofessional) and he didn’t know what was going on and I stressed it wasn’t about the shoes it’s the level of customer service with no one calling me back. I assumed I made him angry with my comment but I have never been spoken to like that before from someone in customer service, then he hung up on me. 3rd call back asking for his name and he quotes “ what is your problem, why you keep calling back”. This was so unprofessional and unacceptable, everytime they answer the phone it’s takes a minute or so before someone speaks then in between that time their laughing. I would give no stars if I could."
