"manager -bryce was rude , as soon as me and wife walk in he tells us we have 10 minutes to shop, clearly he wanted to close 10 minutes earlier. 5 minutes after me and my wife came in , a few other customers walked in and he tells them they have 5 minutes. From where i work at we do not rush customers around closing time , we wait until the customers are done shopping and we do not rush them. Keep in mind we came in at 7:40pm and left at 7:52pm because of the fact that he kept rushing us out."

"DO NOT SHOP HERE. Had the worst experience here while shopping on Valentine’s Day. I was shopping for a simple pair of converses. I asked the cashier for help after browsing. I asked what was the smallest size they had in men’s in case they carried the color I initially selected from the women’s section. The cashier, in the present of another customer nearby, replied “You can’t for a men’s shoe.” I thought he said I “couldn’t fit a men’ 9” and asked him to repeat himself because I couldn’t hear him. The cashier then elevated his tone and said “They don’t make men’s shoe that small.” The other customer quickly left the store and I replied, “I’ll select another color and another shoe.” When I turned away and walked towards the women’s section and this happened: THE CASHIER THEN FOLLOWED ME FROM THE FRONT OF THE STORE. When the cashier begin to INITIALLY follow me, I stated “I might return this shoe and still look around.” He stated “Nah, you’re good.” HE EXCHANGED THE SHOE HIMSELF OFF THE SHELF (for something I didn’t ask, mention or point out) and THEN ESCORTED ME TO THE FRONT OF THE STORE. As a woman simply shopping for a pair of shoes, I felt uncomfortable with how quickly the dialogue elevated and how the cashier followed me in the store. I hope the manager and/or owner watches the Feb. 14, 2023 around 4:30pmish or 5pm surveillance footage WITH the audio to validate this entire exchange. I’m new to the area and was pushed for time and foolishly DID make the purchase. But please don’t spend your time OR money here. Horrible customer service, cashiers speak to customers poorly and also follows you around… a form of profiling without any communication or clarity of what a customer is seeking."

"Thank you REGGIE and OMAR for the help with the footwear and measurements. Store was clean, nice temperature, social distancing and masks were in full effect. And other health safety precautions were taken such as hand sanitizer and tissues. The footwear selection was good and the other items like socks and book bags had a nice variety. I would have liked a greeting upon arrival, I finally got it."
