"I just tried returning a sweater I bought for my brother. The lady with curly hair just told me I can’t and accused me of washing it when I never did. She raised her voice and embarrassed me in front of the workers and the customers. Will not be returning especially if this kind of treatment is what represents this store. Crazy behavior from workers during holiday times is just going to create bad business."

"the manager, or whoever it was, is very rude and accused me of already returning an item i was trying to return for the first time, because someone marked that i had returned this item before for some reason. the only reason i'm even giving this two stars is because the lady who was initially assisting me with the return was very patient and tried to find numerous ways to help me. however, the manager definitely needs some soft skill classes and proper training. won't be coming back, ever."
