"When we first entered the store they were not busy and other than the lady at the register it was hard to tell who worked there. We were shopping to find my mother some shoes and my little boy needed to use the bathroom. When I finally found an associate on the floor she was very abrupt with us. I asked if my little could go to the bathroom and I needed to check out. She rudely told me no and that we could go next door to Marshals. I don’t understand how any business can tell a child that they cannot pee! Kids can’t hold it like adults and I am thankful he didn’t pee on himself or this would be another situation. While we were standing in a short line I had to ask the other lady to please get up and ring us up so I could leave and take my son to the bathroom next door. Come to find out she was the manager and just as rude! It’s sad that there is no good customer service or empathy anymore. I remember the people that use to work in this store use to be nice! My son stated that when he went there with my spouse he was able to use the bathroom and the people were nice! I will be returning my order now that I think about it and shopping elsewhere!"

"Very helpful staff, convenient location, plenty of sales. I would give 5 stars except the location therefore the selection is not quite as large as I would like. However, the shoes I selected they were able to order for me and ship to my house."

"They have a bid bogo sale going on. Buy one pair get one half price. They also have a huge selection to choose from. My son Caleb and I had a great time. He even participated in picking out and getting his sister Shandee shoes too."
