CVS

"I placed an order for wall tiles and 2 canvas on Friday for this location to be picked up the next day. Come Monday they gave me the excuse they didn't know where the material was for the wall tiles and they weren't done even though it said it was ready for pick up and my canvas were at a different store because they didn't have ink. No one notified me that my photos were not done and half of my order was at a different location over an hour away. The cashier told me that the manager will call me to have the issue resolve. Not to my shock when I go Tuesday, the cashier and the manager on duty told me it's not their issue and I have to call customer service to resolve the issue. For outstanding customer service, the store usually calls customer service for the customer to get to the bottom of the issues but obviously neither the cashier or the manager on duty know what outstanding customer service is, just below subpar at best. Lets just say I will never do business at this cvs ever again for their lack of empathy and lack of treatment they give to their customers. However the lovely lady who helped me at customer service did reroute my order to another cvs close by and apologized on behalf of the sorry excuse of a store who did absolutely nothing."

"Very disrespectful of the time of people who make appointments for shots. When I arrived at 11am for a 4pm, no one was here but “they are scheduled back to back so please come back”. No problem. I get it, my appointment is later. It was worth a shot. But when I came back at 3:35 for a 4pm, I was invited to stand in line. It’s been 33 minutes and two people have had their shots. There are still 6 people in line. The person giving shots is slower than molasses and apparently incompetent with the computer system. 40 minutes into the wait and no one else has gone because she can’t find the people in the system. Two people left the line. 43 minutes. Another person has ditched the line. Still no one else has gotten shots. Been waiting 50 minutes, 25 minutes past my time. Due to three people ditching the line, I’m in front. 57 minutes into the wait and 32 minutes past my appointed time I am seated in the chair. CVS should NOT allow 10 vaccinations to schedule at at same time when they have chronically understaffed their pharmacy."

"Been coming here for years My wife and I spend a lot of money along with our insurance. They continue to screw up our prescriptions over and over and on a 90day script they will only fill 30 days on some ( SAY THEIR OUT ) where we have to pay deductible 3 times last night I have been waiting on a 90 day prescription for 5 weeks they said was back ordered and get there and guess what only filled for 30 days , said it was back ordered Time to move on"

"this pharmacy has the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. recently I was harassed by pharmacist, Jennifer Daniel. she was extremely confrontational, refused to fill my prescriptions, called me a liar, laughed in my face, stated 3 different & conflicting stories as to why she raised her voice at me multiple times and even came from behind the counter to get in my face. once she finally agreed to fill them, after asking to speak with the store manager. I was made to wait over two hours for my prescriptions & there was not a single other customer at the pharmacy. will NEVER use this business again."
