"We ordered a tux from Rileys went the next week for try on and get the tux the tux fit fine the employee took the tux and put in plastic garent bag well we thought she put all together.my grandson drove 40 miles to get to my house thinking he had all the pieces Well the pants were missing. I called and talk to the so called owner she had a so don't care attuned it was not funny I had to go buy him a pait pants that was not a match and to say the least costly afer paying for the tux now this. So we took the rental tux back and telling her want a horrible experience you could tell she didn't care wow she finally took $40.00 off I could not believe the how rude she was As long as you give them money that's all they care about the he'll with there customer. Well I have spent my last dime there I'm not paying for the rudeness and a don't care.well this so called owner is so un professional it's not funny I hope this does not happen to anyone else. My grandson was devastated."
