They made the process really smooth and it was such a pleasant experience, I felt compelled to leave a review to let them know how much I appreciated their service. "Terrible experience. I was checking out shoes on display and tried a few. Then a staff came and said you can’t try display shoes because shoes got “messed up”. Well, that’s a first I have seen in any shoe stores. If you don’t want to sell shoes, don’t place them on the shelves!"

"Worst customer service i have ever experienced. They do have some exclusives, but they charge more than the footlocker, which is 3 doors down on regular shoes. Everyone who works there acts like they hate their jobs and love to take it out on the customers that help keep them employed. I'm guessing they don't have any sort of management that keeps them in check. Please hope you don't have to call in. They will not give a chance to speak, will hang up on you, or say they are going to put you on hold indefinitely. Today i kept calling to ask 1 question, if they didn't hang up, then they put me on hold for 5 minutes them hung up, one time they answered and just sat the phone down. That was super professional, i bet that tactic the store owner must teach all its employees and locations. It's quite possibly the worst shopping experience inPerimeter Mall. Avoid them if you can."

"I recently did a review on my shopping experience at the Perimeter Mall location in Atlanta, GA which i stated how i received poor customer service and basically outlines my store experience. I’ve never wrote a review in over 10 years of being a customer. Shortly after writing the review the Manager Tawana at the PERIMETER MALL location vindictively had my Status points/acct revoked because of the review that was written. After entering the store 2 days after the review she approached and asked why I didn’t talk to her about the problem that occurred previously, I told her I didn’t have to because I wrote a review concerning the matter. Shortly after leaving the store she consulted with the loyalty team and vindictively/spitefully had my status points/acct revoked by telling corporate I’m a reseller which is false. I’m only writing this because I’ve been a loyal customer since 2014 and never had a issue until i wrote the negative review about the incident that occurred previously at the store."

"You want bad customer service this the place to be. I had worst experience today of all shoe stores. This on employee was literally using profanity and snapping at customer on the sales floor.
