"I order online 99% of the time. I like the fast shipping and the different styles to choose from! Anytime I’ve been in the store the associates were always nice and helpful!! I’ve only had one issue where some shoes were shipped to me dirty. No stores in my state have them. So now I have to purchase them again and do a return. That’s super inconvenient. I’m not sure how the rep packed them because the two spots are right on top when I opened the box!"
