"The owner of JetTech is Kim Davis. I'll get right to the point. I would not take my waverunners anywhere else. And, when I bought another used one (to have two) I would not even consider buying it without having Kim check it out first. He is extremely honest, knows jets skis (I also had Seadoos before my Yamahas and he worked on them too), and has outstanding customer service. If there was a chance to award 6 starts; I would. His pricing is fair given the high quality of his work. I find it to be an excellent value. Yes, you may pay more than some guy doing it on the side out of his garage, but cheap work done poorly is not a good value. Kim charges a fair price for excellent and honest work. I pay the money for a really complete annual service and winterization in the fall, and by doing that I get a trouble-free season the following year. Well worth it. UPDATE NOVEMBER 7, 2023. We continue to use Jet Tech Sports and everything I said in my first review I whole-heartedly endorse again. Just had them do the winterization and take care of a few maintenance issues. Great operation!"

I had an issue with a sensor on my Sea-Doo that my local "Silver Certified" Sea Doo Dealer in Chattanooga couldn't diagnose last season or early this season so I read reviews and talked with a few people that had their PWCs serviced by Kim and made the trip to Cartersville. Kim is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and took time to walk me through the diagnose to solution process it took to get the Sea Doo back to square one and it has never run better. I'll be headed back down before long to get it winterized - driving the 80 miles - right past the Sea Doo Dealer only eight miles from my house - to where I know I'll get great service and no run-around."
