"I ordered a cockpit poster of a jet I was assigned to fly for a company I was hired by. I was subsequently reassigned to a different jet that pilotmall doesn't have posters for. I asked them if I could return the unused poster in perfect condition for CREDIT, and they said NO. I was planning on using that credit to purchase a Bose headset from pilotmall, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this business and I will not buy anything from them in the future."
