Shoe Dept.

"WORST Customer service ever. The two lady’s I seen was really nasty. When we walked in we didn’t even get a HELLO OR WELCOME. We got a dead stair like we did something wrong. I ignored it and kept going. The other lady I seen was rolling her eyes at kids laughing. I seen her mouth say oh my god. So I get my shoes and walk to the front. I’m standing there and the one that rolled her eyes walked behind the counter and looked at me and kept walking. The other girl walks up and I say is anyone here. She looks at me walks to the Register and looks at her watch like I’m taking up her time. So I said y’all or closed or what? It was like she was mute from the time I walked in. So when I said are y’all closed or what she just shook her head no but the only time she spoke was to tell me how much it was for the shoes. There was other people there so I know they was not closed but these lady’s was so rude I will not be returning for sure.. if I could I would have gave a 0 instead of a 1 star."

"I took my 6 year olds here to look for shoes for school. Everyone on duty had smiles on their faces and appeared to love what they do. The gentleman that greeted us as we entered the store stayed with us until we found exactly what we wanted."

"I despise when a store updates their hours and close early when their online and mall profile says they close 2 hours before they let their gate down. closed the gate in my face when I had a simple return in my hand. I don't stay within a five mile radius. gas is 4.19 a gallon. (to EMPLOYEES) fix this asap if you care about anyone but yourselves"

"I went in to purchase a pair of rain boots. Their selection was limited. They did have nice girls rainboots, just only 5 to choose from for women. I did manage to score some sexy "walk around the house" shoes though!"

"If there was a way 0 stars, they would definitely get the award for that. I just walked in the store and browsed around for about 15 minutes. There were 6 employees working, including the manager. No one spoke the entire time I was there. The manager walked riiiiight by me, and said nothing. I guess the employees cant help but not speak!!!! There example is their sorry manager. I would never spend my money in a store, where not even 1 employee has the courtesy to say hello. The store had other customers roaming around as well. No one offered to help anybody. They need to do better. Pretty sad."
