"Awesome buying experience with Michael B.! He was very knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend checking them out! I love my new bike! Thank you!"
"Visiting Rome on a bicycle tour, Labor Day. Had a flat tire about halfway through the route. On a whim (because it was Labor Day), I called Pullen's. Not only was I shocked when somebody answered but the willingness to repair the tire with a "sure bring it in, we'll fix you right up" was a huge relief. It turned out that "somebody", that answered the phone, turned out to be Mike. Never a better customer service experience. We were back on the tour in 20 minutes with a repaired tire. Mike was hospitable, personable, helpful, knowledgeable and a great ambassador for Rome! Thanks Mike, you made our weekend! AAAA++++"
"Just bought a bike from them and the whole experience was great. The Manager is a really nice guy and was awesome doing business with. As long as Im around rome I definitely will come to this place for all my bikes needs!!"
"My bike tire popped so I walked in for a repair. Not only was I greeted by an ADORABLE corgi named Max, the manager was very helpful, fixed my bike tire quickly, and even oiled my chain without me having to ask. I've used them a few times now for repairs or tune ups, and I have had a good experience every time."
"Sorry I can't give a 5 star review. The people were nice enough but I found work that wasn't done, or at least done to my satisfaction, that was requested. Still paid the bill but I won't be back. I'll do my own work for now on. Two days later and I took my bike for it's first ride and the tire immediately went flat because they didn't tighten the valve stem and it pinched the tube. Adjusting the gear shifting was well done but replacing the tube and aligning the tire were slapshod."
