They drug out our file, 2x as long as they initially told us, made us pay for a "3rd party" appraisal who we were not allowed to contact, and who gave us an appraisal at 1/6 of the value of what the 3 appraisals we had done (by companies like JLL) and then didn't even make us an offer based on the appraisal just kept telling us there was a problem because the appraisal was too low. We told them the seller was willing to work with us and we could let them have first position even without the full amount and they stopped responding to us. When we threatened to press charges, they told us we lied, and that the money was deemed earned. Even though we submitted all three of our appraisals."
