"1-800-GOT-JUNK I recently inquired about getting a box spring and dining set removed. I was pressured into paying the over price quote for two items for $800. They are crooks don't use them they will gaslight and try to load up more onto the truck so they can increase the price. After complaining I was told that the GM would reach out and have heard nothing in two days. STAY AWAY. Will never use them again."

"I had an open complaint and it was going well. The company replied to my complaint and said they were working on a solution and would need more time. I rejected the response (only option I had) and thanked them for looking into it. Then, today, BBB told me they had closed the case. I assume this is an automated process. So what happens to my case now??? I would like it re-opened. How do I get someone to re-open it so they can continue to work towards it? I will change this review to 5 if someone will just help me. I already e-mailed BBB and no reply. UPDATE: BBB followed through and re-opened my case and allowed the company to send me the solution. I am very pleased with the quick response and much appreciate it! Great job. I updated my review to 5 stars because I am so pleased."

"The BBB is a defunct joke of a company that likes to appear more important than it is. It was created by your grandpa's peers and means nothing. It's basically the juice at the bottom of a trash bag."

"Not helpful AT ALL!!! I submitted a complaint and learned pretty quickly that it means NOTHING. As long as the business responds, they get a positive response rate. I was out of money with no true help from the BBB. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"
