"I attempted to Cash a check for Car repairs from State farm Insurance Company. They treated the check as though was counterfeit. Instead of running it through the Checks system they called the Insurance Company and expected me to wait 30 minutes for them to talk to someone from the Insurance Company. Mentioned that the check was dated for the 11th as cause for concern when most checks are good for at least 90 days from the date it was written. Don't waste your time at this Business. This happened on November 22 at approximately 10 am."

"I am an independent contractor that have been bringing checks here for years and I am sick and tired of getting my checks over scrutinized by this company when they have never got a bad check not even once on a technicality. Their service is becoming less necessary because more companies are using alternate forms to send payments so you'll think they would accept all the money they can get. I will just cash checks at the cash checking office closer to my house sense there's no point in trying to build a business relationship with this relic."

"I had a horrible experience. First of all when I get there I had to wait 5 minutes for this pregnant light skinned customer service agent to come to the window, so as you may imagine I wasn't very happy by the time she came to the window and since I didn't ask for service with a smile she called the number on the check and lied to my face and said the person who answered the phone said that they weren't affiliated with my company so I told her that's not true because my company uses an automated service and no one just picks up the phone. I told her I would call the number myself and she returned my check and refused service. I called the number anyway and put it on speaker phone so you can hear the automated service say the exact name that was on the check as proof but she still denied me service and had a serious attitude. I was outraged. The owner of this company needs to fire her right away because she's bad for business."

"I had a very great experience. The staff and management, both were very professional and helpful in meeting my needs. In fact, the manager herself assisted me personally going beyond her call of duty to insure satisfaction."
