"WONDERFUL interaction with your staff. Very knowledgeable!"
"If I could give a zero I would. The manager was on the register and acted like she could not be bothered to ring me up. She charged me $28 dollars for the socks when it said 22 on the tag and when I pointed it out she acted like it was a bother to fix it. I will never go back to this store again, which is sad because you have quality items."
"I ordered my son a pair of shoes here. We got them in he wore them around 5 minutes and they didn't fit good as well as hurt his feet. We took them back to swap the next day and they completely refused to swap them. I instead had to buy another $80 pair of shoes. When I called to get a number for corporate the employee refused to help me because he was "BUSY"!! I spend quite alot of money in this store. I will take my business elsewhere from now on!"
"This Hibbett store has the best style, if you're ten or 41 it doesn't matter. Not only was the staff helpful, they were friendly and did not mind looking to make sure they had what I needed. Great attitudes! Friendly, helpful, fashionable active wear and shoes."
"Absolutely the worst place in Fort Payne to shop today 2-11-23. Would give negative stars if I could. I would also name her if she had on name tag for me to see her name. We arrived at 10:10 and the manager was on the phone. Didn’t acknowledge us at all then hangs up the phone 7 minutes later, I timed it, and said “he will have to help you I can’t leave register.” No problem but I stood there waiting and you could have said that 7 minutes ago while I was standing there with a shoe in my hand. The “he” she was speaking of was helping another customer with shoes. He went to the back and was there for another 7 minutes. Then my wife ask for the “he” because he was back there a while. This manager on duty then huffs and says “my gosh he’s new”. I explained she didn’t have to do that it was rude and that was second time she had been rude. She then said she was on phone with IT because her register. Okay fine but don’t be rude it’s not our fault. We then sent “he” back to get our shoe size and she steps away from register, apparently she can now, and goes to back. She refused to come back out and “he” who was new, still had his log in info on a piece of paper in his pocket said “I can’t log into register to check you out”. He goes to get her she refused to come out. We ask for manager’s number over her and since he’s new he doesn’t know. He stepped back in room where she was standing behind door and ask her. She told him they can look it up online. Worst experience ever in this store and my wife and I have spent thousands of dollars at this place. By far worst customer experience ever. I will be going back though- only to get the district manager’s number. The “he” she was speaking of was Frank. He’s was a pleasure to work with but he was new and he did all he could to help us."
