"I have purchased quite a few items from the store in the past. I live an hour and a half away. I see the items on Instagram call and ask to hold. I have bought anything I’ve ever held. Usually not a problem at all and workers are helpful. There is one older lady who ALWAYS gives me a hassle on the phone about holding, will only hold for a short period etc. which is incredibly annoying and rude but I’ve continued to work around. Today Labor Day, I wanted to drive and get a dresser they had as there was no work. I would have spent over 1,000. The older lady who gives a hard time answered and wouldn’t hold the item when I called “because of the holiday” . So I waited until 10 minutes before close, called back and asked if it was still there. It is. I said perfect, I will come tomorrow, even though much more of an inconvenience because of work schedule, but will make do. I asked if in the slim chance someone comes in and buys in the ten minutes it was still open to please call me to let me know as I would be driving 1.5 hours to get there at open and ensure it’s there. The lady refused and told me I am welcome to call in 10 minutes to check again. Incredibly poor customer service, and disregard for valued customers. I will not be purchasing."

"The prices are so high. No wonder there wasn't anyone there. Plus the loose bedding in the big boxes not priced, who wants to walk all the way up to customer service from the back of store to ask for prices. Not us."

"I have been shopping here for many years but it has recently been going down hill and seems to be managed poorly. They posted about an item they had so I called in to have it held till I got to the store. I drove over an hour to pick up the items but they failed to inform me over the phone they didn’t have the items I had expressed I treat in. After I got there none of the employees seemed to care that they had misinformed me. It turned into a wasted day. Also, the store has become very disorganized and most of the items are thrown around and damaged."

"It’s really hit or miss. If they have the exact thing you’re looking for and it’s in good shape, the. it’s great prices. But trying to go there in search of something specific is going to be a challenge. Much of the furniture is damaged or missing pieces."

"Wow! High prices. Some damaged items and many undamaged. Look over carefully before purchasing as it seems like all sales are final. Years ago it was a great place to shop and find a bargain, after all it is an outlet. Now, the fun is gone because it’s way overpriced. Some in on the price tags in the photos I posted. Find the one that is marked down 3 pennies."
