"Originally we purchased our mattresses from them and the process was great. Well one of the mattress springs broke. The warranty replacement was approved. It’s been two weeks and it hasn’t shipped. It was suppose to leave within 48hrs. In the meantime my family member doesn’t have a mattress."

"I applied with this company for different positions and was called in for an interview I even quit my previous job. Because my thinking was that I would get this position because it was closer and it was the hours that I was looking for including pay and benefits. But never got the job in fact I've applied with this company a couple of different times and the same result. So if your looking for a job here well your wasting your time because they will call you in for an interview and not hire you. So as far as I'm concerned I will never apply here ever again and I hope this company goes under."

"Bought an office chair with them of 300$. Took a year for some parts to start getting threw the leather & paddings. Another year for the leather to start undoing. I reached to them with my original invoice (dated under 2 years) + several pictures of the broken parts + leather, asking for either repairs, a whole new office chair or a credit in their store. Took a week for an answer. It was declined on all levels. To them, it looked like I over used the chair (which I did not! And I weight around 150lbs) and they do not cover that. So very disappointed !!"

"Purchased over 8K in chairs, was assured they would deliver before our deadline. Not only were the chairs not delivered, they weren't even shipped. No response to many calls and emails for days. When I was finally able to speak to someone, they promised to rush the order. Next day, still not shipped. When I was (after many emails and calls) connected to a manager, they told me the chairs wouldn't make the deadline, and offered no solution. I told them I would hire a third party freight delivery service to pick up the chairs and they agreed. Several hours into that process they then told me the chairs were no longer in stock. They had the salesperson call to inform me. They left us with zero options and an empty room with no seats."

"If I could zero stars, I would. Have bought several office chairs from this company via Amazon. Have been very happy with them. One of them recently broke while I was sitting on it. It appeared the broken part was small and potentially replaceable. So instead of buying a whole new chair, I reached out to the manufacturer to see if they had a replacement policy or if I could just get the part I needed. Long story short, it took almost 2 months of back and forth and 2 shipments, I still do not have all the parts I need. The customer service rep recommended that I just buy a new chair from Amazon and refused to refund my payments even if I shipped back the parts. So now I've gone 2 months without a chair and have spent more money than if I had just bought one through amazon prime. That's frustrating and a cruddy customer service experience. I will not be buying products from this company again."
