"The Warranty label on the bottom of the chairs says “lifetime weld warranty “ ! Our weld broke and the company said it’s only a 1 year! They could not tell me why it says lifetime when it is only 1 year!"

"This is a company that backs their product to the nth degree. I ordered some chairs from Bizchair and when they arrived there was some minor damage to a couple of them. I needed the chairs right away and was furious. I decided to go ahead with using the chairs and accept the loss, but mentioned my annoyance in my review. Biz chair reached out to me, but it was a very busy time for me so I didn’t respond. They sent me 2 replacement chairs anyway. I was amazed to say the least. They took care of me in spite of myself. I will absolutely seek them out and use them first in the future."

"So I ordered 100 chairs the 12/19/23 Today is the 01/04/2024 Have not received any emails. I provided two emails and so far I have not received any confirmation about my order. ( check all my email folder and NOTHING FROM BIZCHAIR ) Just this morning I called and they said " order has already being processed " but they see no movement yet. They gave me a tracking number via XPO Logistics , but XPO says that is not a good tracking number. I will update my review once all this is over. ( wish this thing had 0 stars )"

"I ordered the "High Back Designer Black Mesh Executive Swivel Ergonomic Office Chair with Adjustable Arms [BL-ZP-806-BK-GG]" The chair was delivered, fast shipping, packaged nicely, assembly required. Its been a week that i have had the chair in my home office. Since we have been on lockdown ive been using it 8-10 hrs a day. I'm very pleased with my purchase, and the price was perfect. I do have some recommendations as to assembly, use the shipping box to support the chair as you assemble it, makes it much easier. see pictures."
