"We are absolutely delighted to have located fine dining in Dalton, GA! The food was delightful, the service was pleasant, the coffee was terrible, so I will skip that next time around, but we will definitely look forward to returning to visit to Cyra's, next time we're in town."

"I usually reserve 5 stars for special places that go a bit further. This place is one of those special finds that is worthy of a second visit just to relive the amazing flavors and very kind staff. They even have a classic car on display with white walls and wooden spoke tires to boot. Attached is pictures of crab risotto and sea scallops on a pea risotto along with a creme brulee to split."

"Finally, Dalton has a fine dining establishment. The great thing is, it doesn’t feel pretentious as a lot of fine dining places do. Fantastic food and reasonable prices are what to expect here. We started out with an appetizer each. I got Fontina Fondue (Parmesan, fontina, and cream cheeses) that you dip bread strips and vegetables into. My husband got the French onion soup which came with two mini grilled cheese sandwiches! Shortly after, we were served the side salads to our entrees. My entree was my shining star of the evening. A full rack of lamb on a bed of Yukon mashed potatoes and vegetables, it was literally amazing. Hubby got the jambalaya pasta (with handmade noodles). He loved the sauce and the pasta, just wished he had asked for no tomatoes. His top pick of the evening was our dessert, the apple cobbler with ice cream. It was the perfect end to the perfect meal. Cyra’s really made our anniversary one to remember, and we will be returning."

"Very nice restaurant! Food was delicious! We had the filet and the bison filet. Dessert was impressive! The hot bacon honey mustard dressing was also very good. We bragged on the restaurant and our meal the next day to strangers we didn't even know!"

"WOW, talk about a pleasant surprise, this place is a diamond in the rough. Started when we walked through the door. The young lady greeting us said they were booked, but she squeezed us in. She made it happen and it was a great table. Service was so good, made sure our experience was perfect. The food, my gosh, it was great from the bread to the salad(dressing was killer) to the main course to the super yummy dessert. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Reservations recommended (we just got lucky). This is definitely that Special occasion spot. Don't miss out..."
