"I went to store 292 Saturday at 1:00. I needed 6 regular balloons to take to a party in a hour. While there was no one in line but me she told me to come back at 5:30. I would have missed the event. She should have dropped everything and got me my 6 balloons and that was that. Instead she said come back way later. She also suggested that I go to Publix, good suggestion as that’s what I did. What a terrible way to treat a customer. I won’t ever return. The Publix associate told me he gets a lot of business from Party City."

"Nothing different than other places. Hope they manage the queue better by not finishing scanning for the balloon section."

"I've frequented party city many times. I brought 2 of my own balloons in, the gentleman told me it would be $7 to fill it. Great, whatever. Get to the register. The woman wants to charge me $13, to fill a less than 24in balloon. I have to call the gentleman over and they are basically arguing about the price. When she finally settles on the fact that it's $7, she complies and continues to ring us up but it sooo sassy about it. It was so awkward. Like, sorry but are you the one making the extra $6 to fill up the balloon? I understand people have bad days, but bro, you work at party city. Chill out and help someone out every once in a while..."

"Helpful and friendly personnel, but the store looks partially somewhat empty. The biggest downside when it came to buying ballons, they were low on helium."

"Long lines during holiday season but I like that they had all the things I needed for my daughters birthday when I got there. Things to remember, order balloons ahead of time (days in advance) people are still going in the store in groups so be careful and order pick up curbside. Not too much staff but shelves were stocked well and they had plenty of inventory online too!"
