Party City

"I hate coming to this store. I shop every store and come here as a last resort. The staff here are not accommodating nor polite. I’ve been here twice in the last week and a young lady named Allison appears to suffer from I could care less to be here or help you syndrome. Always sour every time I come in. Hello…. Party City? Doesn’t feel like a party. The entire staff leaves you to your own devices to just figure it out. Luckily I can order items online usually from Amazon. Party City is a flop."

"Customer service was HORRIBLE I was not greeted upon walking in the store all the associates were into they own personal conversations! I was in the store for at least 20 minutes no one ever ask if I needed assistance. I asked one younger lady a question she acted as if i was getting on her nerves i will NEVER return to this location 11/4/2023 9:30am Also the workers were talking about pervious customers in a negative manner"

"I needed to find a certain particular special balloon. I went to a couple of places before coming here, but couldn't find what I was looking for. However, Party City had exactly what I needed. This was my first time in a Party City and I see how it got its name. The customer service was excellent as the staff was very courteous and polite. Great job."

"If you have questions that are ready to answer it most of the time. They know exactly what aisle things are on. And most of the time they know the exact price of things. I have not had any problems. With some help we found everything For my baby's first birthday. And we found some cool masks"
