"Entered the store and used the kiosk to order. All I asked was that the food be cooked fresh. One worker Charlean became rude and told me to tell the manager. I made a comment that this location is the worst in town. Charles replied, "Yet you still come here". I been going to this location since I was young and in school. The current ownership, management and some staff just don't care. My food except the fries were old. They are going to make someone sick with their cold old food."

"Wow, just wow... Took my son here so that he could play in the playhouse while we grabbed lunch, and I'll never return to this location. First, the playroom was locked, with no valid reason given. Then, the wait was ridiculous. I could understand if they had been busy, but that wasn't the case. Maybe one or two cars in the drive thru in a 15 minute time period, with only a couple of people inside grabbing Doordash orders. Two of them left without the orders because not only were they waiting 10+ minutes, but no employees came to the front, even when someone tried getting their attention. We finally got our food, and 3 of the 5 items we ordered were wrong. I returned to the counter with the items, just to stand there and wait 7 minutes before an employee came to the front. I then stood there another 5 minutes before another employee came to ask what the issue was, again... Another 5 minutes pass before I am presented with the "fixed" items. By this time, the other food was cold. We opened my sons bacon double to find hot bacon on a cold burger, and the pickles picked off the other two and handed back to us. "Fixed," not re-made. Everything about the experience was horrible. .01/100 Do not recommend."
