"Hairdresser was Kaylee I brought in 2 pictures on my phone. I focused one and she focus on the other one. She washed my hair and started cutting my hair she then styled it. It was what she wanted it to look like. It was not done like the picture I wanted it to look like.. I didn't want it any shorter so I paid and left. I went home and do what we all do fix it like we like it. I went back the next day to talk to her about the hair cut. She came right out and told me she was not proficient in cutting short hair . Then I ask if someone else could look at my haircut. She said we have 2 other gals that are a lot better I ask if I could speak to them one can over to talk to me I ask if they could take a look and get my hair cut even they said we are booked up for 3 weeks. This is why I am writing this review. They got their money and I have a bad haircut that now after $45.00 I will be paying another hairdresser at a different shop to fix there mistake. They didn't even offer a refund. Save your money don't give them your hard earned money. Who wants someone that is not proficient giving hair cuts her words not mine."

I am a blonde but also have some natural red tints in my hair, but she was able to get MOST of my brassy tones cooled down, and that’s saying a lot for my hair!
