"Horrible experience all the way around. Last Tuesday, I went in the salon at 5:50 to get a gel pedicure, they closed at 7 but during my pedicure they acted as if they had already closed. No hot towels, no leg massage, nothing. I called the next day and told them. The manager argued with me and said that she talked to the nail tech and she did everything I said they didn’t do. She offered me a 15$ gift card. I was going to let it go until 2 days later I look at my toes and 2 are completely bare and 2 more were half way chipped off. We were out of town so I called today and told them I wanted a refund. She said they don’t offer refunds and I was told to come in and they will fix it. Nothing but attitudes as soon as I walked in the door. No water in the foot bath, nothing. She took the polish off and told me that since 2 of my toes are crooked that polish will never stay on them. I told her that was odd because that’s why I get gel and I have never had the polish come off or chip within 2 days. She rolled her eyes and sped along. When she finished redoing my toes she grabbed the light and said take care and walked away. I will NEVER set foot in this place again. It was a waste of 40$. I didn’t ask them to go above and beyond. I simply wanted what I paid for."

"They were so awesome I had a very busy day and totally forgot to get my nails done I went in at 10 to 15 minutes before they close and my wedding was the next day and they really was polite enough to stay behind and do my nails for me and my toes they did such an awesome job I was very pleased and very happy"
