"I've only ever really used ingles pharmacy so I can't compare, but they've never given me a reason to try somewhere else. Everyone is nice and I rarely have to wait long for medicines."

"The pharmacy is usually pretty good. I've used them for years now. However there's one employee I think his name is Greene that is not helpful at all. I made two trips to the pharmacy because the Ingles app tells me the Dr has sent my fiance's prescription to the pharmacy. The first time he said the Dr hasn't called anything in...ok your app says different. The second time he says it was denied with no explanation. So I speak to another employee to find out if it was denied by the Dr or the pharmacy? She tells me that there was indeed a prescription called in and it was added to her profile to be filled on the 7th because it was a few days to early. Now that makes sense. How hard was that? It took a whole 10 seconds. I've seen him be the same way to others in the past. If he has to be this rude and not helpful at all I'd prefer to deal with someone else from now on. If that seems rude on my part to ask for someone else from now on that don't mind helping then I'm sorry. It's either that or I'll move my families business elsewhere. I've wasted allot of time and gas going back and forth when it could've been resolved very easily by taking less than a minute to investigate what was really going on or at least explain it. Not just give a one line answer that was not be helpful at all. I have written several reviews and I'm honest in them. Look through them and you'll see that I don't just write negative reviews for no reason. My reviews reflect the service I receive. This has been by far the worst service I've had anywhere hands down. So as far as the pharmacy it's usually great. I hate that one person has to ruin the whole experience."
