Huddle House

"This was a disappointing visit. My boyfriend and I drove over 20 minutes to get breakfast. As we wanted something different we arrive, and there were no clean tables. The waitress had to clean a table so we could sit. It takes about 10 minutes for anyone to take our order. There was only 1 cook. He did a great job, though. About 40 minutes into our wait, a customer gets very upset. He started yelling and getting upset with the waitress, due to them waiting over 40 minutes. So there was a disruptive altercation. One of the employees told 2 people that walked in, that there was no seating. 2 minutes later, a guy walks in, and she sits him down. There should not have been only 1 cook. The food was great. The service & atmosphere was horrible. I felt uneasy. Not knowing what was to come out of the yelling customers. Nobody should have to wait over 40 minutes for 2 eggs, 3 pieces of bacon, and a waffle. Do better. $40 for all that mess.. too expensive to be waiting so long & nearly having a fight break out."

"This morning they had a female employee loudly arguing with her coworker. She was dropping F bombs continually, complaining and seemed angry at every one. She needs to be fired. We left without getting our food and will not be going back. BTW the white lady from South Carolina whose name I can't remember is a great server and is always nice to us."

"Worse place to eat, not returning. Poor service never got our drinks until we got our meal small portions for the price. had to tell the waitress to get us our check after waiting for an hour. The diner is never open with employees looking at us like we’re stupid. If I can give this place a negative 5 star review I would."

"Huddle House is like a slightly upscale Waffle House. The food was very simple and offered small portions. I ordered a type of breakfast bowl with hashbrowns on the side. The hashbrowns were very mediocre. The breakfast bowl was tiny, with too much gravy slathered over everything. But, the service was stellar. Our waiter made sure we had everything we needed and was very quick to bring out our food. The restaurant was not busy, so the cook even came out to ask how we enjoyed our food. Everyone was very attentive. Overall, would recommend if you are starving and enjoy all-day breakfast places. However, I don't think I will come back."
