"my bf drove 30 minutes to get firehouse then 30 minutes back home. when we finally got to eat it there was a long grey hair in my sandwich, i tried not to be angry bc that happens sometimes. then i found a piece of paper in between the meet on my sandwich as well, then i was mad and we didn’t eat at all. we went back a few days later, but this time we went inside and who i assume is the manager had grey hair, not pulled up, and not wearing a hat. that answered my question and i will not be going back."

"The food is good but the service is the worst. I order online because I only have 30 minutes for lunch. I place my order and I get a time when it is ready. I wait to go to lunch until it is pickup time. It takes me 5 minutes to get there and my order is not ready. I stand around waiting for another 5 to 10 minutes waiting for my food that should be waiting on me. I have had to go to the counter 3 times and they have not even started on my order. Cairo, GA Firehouse subs is the worst Firehouse subs I have ever been too. Do not eat at this one."
