"I love this nail salon! My daughter & I always leave satisfied. Excellent, fast service & very professional - an overall great experience. Highly recommend Nikki Nails! Thanks Nikki & Andy!"
"Cathy and Simon are AMAZING! They have both done my pedicures and went above and beyond. They asked questions, made sure I knew everything going on and made sure I was okay and happy the whole time! Perfectionist to say the least! (Also loved the lady who did my full set today, just can't remember her name, short hair?? lol)"
"I was lucky enough to have Nikki do my feet herself :)) I had about as good a time getting this pedicure as I ever have, and I do this weekly. What a great shop, I'll be back."
"This is the place to come if you are looking for a great nail salon! Everyone here is very friendly and the service they offer is outstanding! Highly recommend."
"I always luck out at nail salons. I had an appointment at 5:30, they didn’t actually start my service till 5:40. And the moment they actually started the service everything was rushed. I got a deluxe pedicure which was $37 and gel polish with some glitter thing the tech put on top, so with everything it came up to $59. I had told the lady doing my feet that I wanted a light pink, but it ended up silver. I didn’t feel comfortable telling the lady to change the color since she was rushing. And she didn’t even clean any excess nail polish. The lady doing my nails did a little better. She fixed one of the nails that was crooked and the shape came out pretty good. Things went wrong when she started to do the French tip. She was also rushing trying to get done fast. At the end my natural nails are peaking through (which takes away from the design because that’s all I see). I wish I spoke out about that, but with all the workers closing down I felt like I needed to get out of there as soon as possible. When the lady started the design on my nails it was around 6:20pm, and I was the last one there. All the employees that were still there started packing up and turning off the music. I felt like I was a disturbance instead of a client. And that’s not a good feeling when getting a service done, I couldn’t relax. Maybe I had a poor experience because it was close to closing but it’s still not right. I wish I had a better experience where I was satisfied with the service. A good thing about this salon was that it was clean and neat. At the end for everything it came out to $149, but it was definitely not worth my money ."
