"Ok so usually i think this place is pretty good when it comes to cutting hair so i told my boyfriend that he should go there and asks for the lady named heather bc she’s really good(shout out to heather) But he ended up not getting heather and got some other lady (i don't have a specific name). Let me tell u all women have that fear of their man getting a haircut, and i bet u guys know that too. He said he wanted his hair cut below his eyebrows but above his eyelids.. HE WALKED OUT LOOKING LIKE A 10 YEAR OLD BRITISH BOY.. I know u guys can do better… she did not listen to what he wanted at all because if she did then his hair would of been where he wanted it. She cut his hair way far above his eyebrows. I honestly think that you guys don’t even listen to the customer and you just cut their hair based on how you want to see it. Please learn to listen. If he says he wants a light trim, he means a light trim. If he says he does not want a mullet, do not give him a mullet. Is it really that hard to listen, honestly walking out like that he should of got a refund and some free therapy. I know the pain."
