"I was so impressed with the shop and the staff as soon as I entered. The shop was clean and the ladies were so professional. They worked as a team with my braids. I was so pleased with my braids appearance . I was in and out within 3 and half hours with beautiful micro braids!!!"
"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! This was 2nd attempt at giving this shop a chance: Rose (Ms.TT) booked my appointment for Dec 19th at 3:45. She wasn’t on time, the stylist she appointed to do my stitch braids couldn’t do it so she called and said she would be another 15-20mins before she got there. Not to mention when she does your hair her kids are there being distracting; asking to separate the braiding hair, want to see her phone, and Rose (Ms.TT) whatever her name is, asked me to finish writing her text messages to other clients while attempting to do my hair… SO GHETTO, SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I didnt wait for her to show up the 2nd time to do my hair. I politely spoke my peace on me never coming back to the shop and I left. Other stylist where trying to get me to come back in the shop but i got in my car and left. And yes I paid a $20 deposit"
"Arrived for my appointment. Everyone was warm and friendly. The shops very clean and organized. I sat in the chair and immediately Amy and Fatima started my hair. Ladies are fast and very neat. I got kinky twist. I was in and out in three hours and 20 minutes. I will definitely be back."
"The Africans in this is shop are very rude. They expect to do your hair how they want and still want you to pay. I only had my hair done for two days and a braid already came out in the back. I called and explained and the lady said I could come when I get there the braiders were just looking crazy and then they told me to sit down. Then, the lady looked at me for about 5 minutes and then did my braid and said you can go now and then I said you aren’t going to dip it then the other braider said for one braid? And I said yes cause that’s what I paid for in my original service. Not only that my appointment as scheduled for 4:30pm on Friday and braider in the white chair close to the wall didn’t start until 5:00pm. When I booked the appointment the lady said it would take 4 hours which was a lie because I ended up leaving the shop at 1:30am. They mixed all the colors together which I didn’t originally ask for. One of the braiders had their baby touching on my feet, crawling on the floor, eating food off the floor and etc. Then, every-time I had a questions the ladies would start laughing and talking in their language so I turned my google translator on to see what they were saying and the things they say are horrible and disrespectful. On top of that they don’t want you to take breaks even though you have to sit for long periods of time which is upsetting. Then, the second braider that was on my hair was so slow and she was eating Doritos while braiding why hair and constantly smacked in my ear. OVERALL I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL."
"My experience at Rose’s braiding shop was great. For starters, Rose was very kind and helpful with answering any question that I had about styles as well as scheduling an appointment. The stylists made sure that I was comfortable and were very considerate when it came to making sure the tightness of the hair was to my liking as well as the style. I showed them the picture of the tribal braids that I wanted, and they delivered."
