"I was trying to find someone new to cut my son's hair for back to school. BAD IDEA to go here. Not only did she chop his hair up horriblybut she blamed it not being able to look better bc of his curl pattern. My son is mixed but you'd think these barbers would have went to school to cut ALL hair types. She spent like 10 minutes on his hair and kept asking was it what I wanted after I showed her a picture of what I expected. If you can't cut hair, just say that bc there's no way his hair should have looked like a rat nawed at it by the end and you as a professional acted as though that was a product you'd send your own child off to school with.Never again going here!"

"Not only did it feel like the haircut I got was phoned home, I had a reference photo of myself for one of the stylists to try and match; the stylist kept on talking about "that person in the picture" as if it wasn't me, even after I corrected her several times. It made me feel VERY insecure about my weight. Only decent thing is the price. But I don't feel like returning ever again."

"Horrible got my hair done by Mrs. Sandy I explained what I wanted done and the process in my hair she was super confident that it could be done and it was ombré I ended up loosing all my hair she totally fried it I knew $80 ombré was to good to be true coming from Cali I do not recommend this place I wanted my refund I went back to get it fixed and all they did was chopped it off and still charged me more i am super upset just wanted my money back for the damaged they caused o was only trying to look good for my birthday and the outcome that I got was a fried head super unprofessional they mentioned that I can get a conditioner from th for my damage do Not go there Below is what I asked for the middle was my hair (which I explained every detail that was in it) the the short is what I ended up with I paid bc I didn’t see the product finished when it dried up I looked like a chia pet I had a fried head ***** UPDATE ******** I received a call from the manager Jeff I was taken care of I got some treatments to help the damaged by Mrs. Tina they did a wonderful job my hair is slowly becoming healthy with the treatments provided thank you so much to Mrs. Tina and Jeff for reaching out to me they did wonderful"
